The nervous system controls and coordinates every function of the human body. A chiropractor’s focus is to detect and correct interferences in the nervous system in a natural, safe and efficient way in order to CORRECT the root of the issue rather than treating symptoms or disease. Many sorts of complaints, apart from back pain, may arise because the nervous system and the organs in your body are not properly communicating.

The literal meaning of a chiropractor is ‘practitioner with the hands’ – Chiropractors may be able to treat and correct, among a multitude of things, the following complaints:

• Headache (migraine, stress, etc.)
• Neckaches (whiplash, etc.)
• Backache (hernia, spit, ischia, etc.)
• Pain in the arm, elbow, wrist or hands (RSI, etc.)
• Children’s diseases and allergies
• Artritis

About the teacher:

Montse Vilahur is a Doctor of Chiropractic and graduated from Barcelona College of Chiropractic. Directly after graduating she started practicing as a Doctor in Barcelona where she collaborated in several practices, each with a distinct specialized technique. Montse spent two years caring for entire families, babies, pregnant women, athletes and patients who wanted to live at their maximum potential and improve their overall health.

The fundamentals of Chiropractic are both her passion and her way of life. She actively attends annual seminars and congresses learning from the most advanced masters in Chiropractic. Her goal is to share the healing message of Chiropractic and to adjust all those who cross her path. It had been one of her dreams for many years to one day live in the country where her mother is from, and now finally, her dream has become reality. She is very enthusiastic to work in The Hague and to be part of the Advanced Chiropractic Studio team.
